    I'm always in Baltimore and have been in and out the City most of my life (over East). It really iz a ? up City. Something has to give.


    Humans aren't really capable of doing ? on their own. They have to be told and shown what to do. Especially the ones who don't know any better. Keep it trill my ? , they need some help out there

    Any way, curfews have mixed results...
    Some studies say the are ineffective, some say they have a small effect on crime...

    Morgan State repping here also,.... Bmore was cool but just a boring ass city...night life and club scene is just horrific...? had to drive back home to hit a real spot and see some hoes.
