So was they going for the Marvel vs Capcom 3 look? That ? looks like Reboot.

Somebody that knows about this stuff tell me what's the logic behind doing all these shows/movies in computer generated format? Personally I think that ? looks ugly 9/10 times. Is it cheaper to produce a completely CG show compared to a hand-drawn one? Is it faster?
