23 year old woman sits on another females face and kills her

23-year-old woman was ordered held in lieu of $2 million bail today after being accused of smothering another woman to death after the two fought over money and shoes, prosecutors said.

Andrea Brown, who is listed in a police report as living at the Howard Brown Health Center at 4025 N. Sheridan Road, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Tamica Riley, 37.

According to prosecutors the women were arguing on Sept. 14 in a hallway in the 800 block of South California Avenue over money Riley may have owed Brown, according to prosecutors.
