Descending instead of Ascending/Astral Projection?

Black Roots Science, NOI, 5 percent Nation etc.. says that that the Black Man and Woman are ? . If true why do we need to make an effort to ascend/astral project?
Maybe it would be better if we try to descend within our own minds since it's similar to the Mind of ? which Buddhism says also makes the fabric of space.
A good way to descend within your mind according to an article I came across recently on another forum is to imagine/visualize yourself walking down a flight of stairs.

I had a hard time visualizing and I think that counting back from negative one -1 works best.

So far it has worked to a certain extent. (although I wasn't expecting much) my dreams are much more vivid than before. So far I've counted backwards to negative 11 thousand. I think what I'm doing might be similar to Lucid dreaming like depicted in the movie inception. Next goal is to try to remain awake while looking at a clock that countdown backwards. I think this can be accomplished using Virtual/Augment reality and that Oculus Rift Virtual headset.

I wonder what it's like dreaming inside a Magnetic field. NASA has found Magnetic portals and are using drones to see how the portals works starting this year. the drones called MMS are based upon a 1990's polar Spacecraft that spent years inside the magnetic field. I wonder what would happen if they put a person who were good at Lucid dreaming or accessing the 'Mind of ? ' inside the Spacecraft? According to Black Roots Science magnetism is the first substance that ? 's mind creates when he starts to make a new Earth and Universe. And since they are portals upon the North and South Pole maybe being inside it can take you straight inside the 'Mind of ? .'

The Mind of ? stack upon his/her creation like a stack of pancakes on top of fruit.
This is a very informative video. our physical universe can be broken down into wave patterns and sounds in specific dimensions. Between each dimension is a Blackness a great void. As I said above I believe that this void is the Mind of ? which creates the world/dimensions/sound/vibrations.
These dimensions and voids are stacked upon each other and theoretically goes on forever up and down.
