I got two Technic 1200s. They stopped making them a few years ago. Nowadays DJs use mp3s but old school DJs prefer vinyl. The only problem is record labels don't press new music on vinyl so you can't spin all vinyl even if you wanted to.
But yeah, I'm on discogs every day looking for classics.
How can you compare a computer file(mp3) to an actual artifact(12" vinyl) with music on it? -

Hate to sound ignant but the only albums I spent $ on are rap cds..im not one of these hip hop is dead ? but not alot gets my attention..maybe is the music or maybe is just cause im gettin older.. anyway...
wale- gifted (underrated)
bizzle- tough love n parables (really dope)
Cole- born sinner ( ehh)
Good music- cruel summer (overhyped/ cruel purchase)
Kendrick- gkmc (near classic)
Common- nobodys smiling (I sure wasnt after coppin)
Eminem- mmlp 2 ( bad replay value/ like 5 good songs)
