"So here we are again where some innocent child is killed by the police and it is decided that the police officer acted properly for the conditions at hand.

So when the ? do we decide that the police should stop causing those conditions. True when you kick in someone's door you might expect to be met with deadly force. So quit kicking in peoples doors. Let's go back to the civilized times before the "War on Drugs" when you were served with a warrant before a search was done. Anyone watch Sons of Liberty this week where they showed some of the conditions that caused the revolution. One of the glaring examples was when the British troops kicked in the doors of the colonists to search for evidence of dissenters. Look familiar to anyone else?

At one time we didn't like the idea of the governing body kicking in the doors of private residences. What happened?

There is no way in the world to rationalize killing a 7 year old child to keep someone else from smoking a weed.

This death was intentional as the officer intended to kick in the door and shoot anyone that might be a perceived threat to him. That's why he had his gun drawn and cocked when he entered.

The solution is to put a stop to no-knock raids."
