How to contact Facebook to get a fan page restored?

I help a friend of mine who runs a website with advertising, promotion, recruiting its adult based fetish content.no nudity or sex but women in thongs, sports bras, work out ? shorts, bikini etc. Long story short they blocked access to us posting on the page hurting revenue as we cannot post updates to the guys who like the stuff it has over 3,500 likes. It was during the crackdown on fake names etc the fb profile linked to the fanpage was temporary blocked we fixed that now we just want our page back. How do you contact FB for that ? ?

Dont ask what site it is lol I do it on my spare time on the dl unknown to everyone that matters (family, friends coworkers etc).
