I'm not a fan of "freestyles" over other people's beats though. I think those days are gone.
Starlito is dope, I dunno how I could compare him to wayne but I can't say I've heard a whole project of his that can compete with Wayne mixtape material, maybe I need to listen closer or something.

He dont really rap over other folks beats as much anymore but back around them Ten-A-Keyan days he would do whole tapes like that
As far as comparing him to Wayne, i dont think its outrageous to mention them together
He got sum mixtapes that can compete but i dont know if i'd go as far as to say he better than prime Weezy
At the same time i can apply that logic from the Spitta>Wayne thread and say the past 7 yrs he has been better
