Sawyer Sweeten, who played one of the young twins on long-running TV sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond, has died, his rep confirmed to Deadline. He was 19.

Sweeten died Thursday while visiting family in Texas. His family confirmed reports that Sweeten committed suicide. “This morning a terrible family tragedy has occurred. We are devastated to report that our beloved brother, son, and friend, Sawyer Sweeten, took his own life. He was weeks away from his 20th birthday,” his sister Madylin Sweeden said. “At this sensitive time, our family requests privacy and we beg of you to reach out to the ones you love.”

Sweeten played Geoffrey Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond from 1996 to 2005. His two siblings also were featured in the show. His twin brother Sullivan played Michael Barone and their sister Madylin played Ally Barone. The CBS comedy starred Ray Romano, Patricia Heaton, Brad Garrett, Doris Roberts, Peter Boyle and Monica Horan.
