    Paul Pierce
Tracy McGrady had the rawest natural talent and grace. His jump shot was beautiful textbook and his moves looked effortless, plus he could jump. Tracy was no team leader and rarely played D. Also his injuries were drastic and he didn't bring the killer instinct night in-and-night out. He probably could've benefitted had he played college

I give greatest to Paul Pierce (not only cause of his ring) because he was a team leader, floor coach, clutch, changed his game up (which Vince had to wait 10 years before figuring out how to do) from off the dribble slasher to post player, played tough defense on greatest players and came out winning. Even till this day he's still hitting clutch shots like the one against the Hawks where Brooklyn lost the playoff series.
Only reason Paul Pierce doesn't get his respect is cause Kobe was the shine and Pierce was in the shadow, but Pierce was up there with D-Wade, he just has a boring game to watch. He has one helluva an offensive arsenal it's just.....boring. (oh yeah, taking players off the dribble ain't a part of his game no more)

Vince Carter-for the first 5 years of his career this guy's jumping ability was phenomenal. When his legs left, his game disappeared for the next 5 years (like Larry Johnson) until he got with Dallas and finally developed a jump shot and how to pass the ball. It took him too long, but late is better than never. He still could never lead a team or be a coach on the floor

His take on TMac and Pierce was dead on, it was good to see instead of the 100th person thinking they need to chime in saying "TMac better player" Pierce better career"

    If we are talking hypothetical....

    T-Mac>>>Paul Pierce

In reality, they are all around the same age. T-Mac could have had a much better career...but he had injury issues.

Toronto is hole for wasted talent.

    Paul Pierce wins this.
