Public Morals is an American police drama set in New York City in the 1960s. The series focuses on the New York City police department's Public Morals Division and its officers' attempts to deal with vice in the city, while managing their personal lives as Irish Americans. Series creator Edward Burns also stars, executive-produces, writes, and directs. The series airs on TNT, and the network is collaborating with Amblin Television, Steven Spielberg, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank and Aaron Lubin as producers. In May 2015, TNT placed a 10-episode order for the series, which premiered on August 25, 2015

I have been watching this. ? 8 episodes deep right now. Its solid, real slow build. But I get the sense that its going some where. The cast is great. And the dialogue is solid. Episodes jus breeze by. Of course I wish it was on Showtime or even Starz or FX cuz TNT jus feels corny. But its worth a watch.
