I played the first one, but never played the second one. First one was incredible though.

4 is already out in Japan, they got 3 a year before us. If you don't mind the language barrier you can import.
Never played Shenmue either. Hoping that comes out as a HD remix -
4 is coming to PS3 also, its already been confirmed, I still wanna pick up the US version of Yakuza 3

me too. the demo was hot. i thought id get sick of the subtitles but it made the game better.

The first one was fun, but a little slow-paced (And yes, I'm including the QTEs). I also hated that he had a Curfew (Not that there was too much else to do, anyway, but still).
I haven't played the game in years, though. Maybe I'll play it again for old times sake... lol -
I got it on dreamcast but I got stuck somewhere in the beginning and couldnt figure out what to do lol, I got Shenmue 2 too

never played the first one, had the second one on Xbox though.I got stuck at the part where you have to snatch the flower petals at the temple though, so all I ever did was work at the pier just to go spend that at the arcade.

i persevered tho -
i still have the first one. could not get into to it. tried abut 5 times. got board as ? after an hour or two of playing.
