I think its too early to call anybody one of the GOATs. ? is too flimsy and the fans are fairweathered. Not too long ago Swave Big T and Dizaster were in everybodys top 10s.
Lets call them legends of their perspective eras but in a culture where everything is debatable and nobody has a clear record, GOAT = who you personally ? with the most. It's not universally backed up by anything quantitative. -

At this point I think it's safe to say hollow ain't going nowhere in terms of reputation as a top battler. He's definitely a GOAT. Clips is questionable but his personality and resume will keep him there. -
