Back 2 back isn't even a top 50 diss record.
How is in the top 10 when Drake didn't mention his name??!?
Best line of the song was asking was it his tour or his girl's tour.
Rubbish.
back to back was gargbe if u ask me -

Jadakiss has probably one of the best collection of diss tracks
-
after reading the comments, Ja is right lol. Back to Back is already a classic.

I'd throw Blueprint2 in the conversation.
Also LL Cool J's Back Where I Belong -

Forgot about this.
He put the nail in Cannibus coffin with that one. -
I think back to back will go down as great because of how it was pushed... how can a diss record be a hit record and receive a Grammy nomination..
btw that was the equivalent of a company buying out their competitors.. like the nba buying out the ABA... or the nfl buying out the afl but keeping the their original names.. ? the WWE did the same thing.. -

i disagree he barely had memorable lines in that mawfucka its been 15 tracks in here that were better and Suicide by Twista and Dollaz and Sense by DJ Quik aint been mentioned yet huge no-sign for me
-
I would given a lot more credit to his team had "Back to Back" been out 1st but that RnB diss track "Charged Up" takes away from it imo...

I just listened to Back to Back again. The only two lines that really stood out were the "Trigger fingers/twitter fingers" line and the "Is that a world tour or your girl's tour" line.
However, I will say that the beat was dope. You could say the beat carried him and he simply rode it.
After I listened to Back to Back I listened to The Bridge Is Over again. They're kinda similar imo. KRS rode the beat and there were a few stand out punchlines "Roxanne Shante is only good for steady ? " and "Manhattan keeps on making it/Brooklyn keeps on taking it/Bronx keeps creating it and Queens keeps on faking it"
I guess Back To Back is this generation's Bridge Is Over. -
Ja knows about being dissed well.. give him some credit on his choice lol
50's disses are wack...they are good songs but terrible disses if that makes any sense
-
The fact that Ja has such ? taste in diss tracks might explain why his beef with 50 didn't go so well
i'm a get a lot of nosigns and wacks but I think Ja won that beef musically -
-
Lol at Hit em up being better than back to back.
-
Not mentioning his name? Come on it was very direct.

I'm not sure if he won the beef with 50 but he murdered Eminem with that "You mothers a ? head and Kim's a ? /What's Hailey gonna be when she grows up" line.
That line is more etherous than Hit Em Up.
It was a perfect way to end a diss track. -
If ? accept this as a top 10 diss record you need your Hip Hop pass revoked and KYS after.

haa drake had to come back after that wack record -
I'll say it again, yall gotta realise there's a younger generation of ppl listening to music and for them this is the equivalent of a "No Vaseline" or "ETHER/Takeover" for their era. It's also the first time social media was so heavily incorporated into a beef like that. Music marks time and ppl are going to remember it for that reason it'll be one of the top disses of all time. I don't think Super Ugly or ? Compton were that good but they mark a time in music for a generation. When Takeover and ETHER came out ? was saying they weren't No Vaseline, Hit Em Up and other diss records were way better but lo and behold they still have a place in the ranks.
When Takeover dropped, people were like, "Oh ? ! this is legendary. It's over for Esco."
Then Ether came out like ? ? , and hip-hop went batshit.
Takeover and Ether CAME OUT as Top 10 disses. Those didn't have to be built up. Your premise is wrong on this, brother.
