This plus the electoral college is actually the ones that select the president. Voting locally makes a difference. -

True, but most blacks are weeded out of the jury pool during the screening process.....which is another problem altogether. -

then you get to the places where they elect Judges. District Attorney. Or Sheriffs. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is like the most corrupt racist ? sheriff in the country but he has a job cuz he wins his elections. Philly replaced their ? DA and we got someone that decriminalized weed instead. People need to wake up about local elections, there's a bunch of local elections where racist-ass tea party types literally run unopposed smfh.
