Spring season is the WOAT. Yo ? them ? ass trees fam. Having ? dizzy and Asian from all this damn Pollen.Got me running to the bathroom 7 times a day like I'm on my period like a female bruh. ? can't even sleep right. Wake up 3 times a night sneezing 60 times in a row. ? is INSANE this year bruh. ? makes no damn since why there is so much pollen out here. Like them lil yellow sperm nigglets evil ? having me wheezing after climbing two steps and giving ? the sniffles for no damn reason. I mean look at this ? ? :

    I have knock off Zyrtec and it made me nausea. Anything natural I can take? I'm not crazy about meds.

    I've heard peppermint tea helps

    Also taking a shower after being outside and take your shoes off before you go inside to help keep pollen out of your house

    Steam your bathroom and sit in there



    But seriously at least try Flonase ...it really helps . You are putting meds right into your sinuses ...takes a few days to really get into your system but it works
