    Well if the article is to believed, she's not guilty of the same thing. Since she's 16, she's only guilty of a misdemeanor. It would be interesting to know if she was even charged with that much.

    I saw a story recently where both teens were charged in a case where they sent each other pictures. The law really is behind the times when it comes to teens and dealing with this

    Ah ok, I just read the article's point on Louisiana's law here. This law sprints in the opposite direction of common sense when the participants are 17 and 16. I'd understand if he wasn't under 18 himself.

    But it prolly would have been okay if they were having real sex? Well.. idk about there but here two kids that age can bump 'n grind IRL and it's okay. I've stressed to my girls not only will he get charged but you can too for being in possession and distribution of child porn, and I've done it crazy mom like cuz ? is REAL. Idk maybe they don't want a bunch of child pics floating around the interwebs, even it is cell, it is still logged somewhere.
