I'd say Freeway is def Top 10 but honestly, I'm not sure if he's better than Will Smith or Eve. You might laugh at Eve but she writes her own rhymes and made a handful of hits.
Freeway is better than Cassidy and Black Thought is number one over Beans easy.

And Cassidy don't have an album better than Philadelphia freeway -

Well if we're talking who is better, who has the better discography plays a factor also. If that's not the case then battle rappers are the best rappers and we know that's not true -
