What really impresses me about Airbnb from a business standpoint is how that concept has been around for years and no one really knew how to capitalize on it and upscale it

People have been traveling around for centuries and I'm definitely sure that someone has thought of this idea but because of what other circumstances whether in their control or not prevented them from doing so

It's basically the foreign exchange program on a
Grand scale with the option of living with or without the host family

Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia are definitely Ingenious

Airbnb been around since '08 and started goin international back in 2011

    Gotta give them props

I used AirBNB when i went to Sweden.
House was kinda clean, but it smelt like cats and sh*t.
I didn't book. a girl I was kicking it with booked.
Its cheaper than Hotels but sometimes you just have to cough up the cash.

^^^ People are just overly resistant to change ,wild exceptions to the rule

Id bet money that listing had something in it that would tip you off that it wouldn't be cleanly. Reviews, pics, neighborhood, etc

I would be careful with timeshare companies that put ads up. Hiding fees.

    Probably so.
Either way now when I go into BNB's I bring a candle or something.
I do this at regular hotels also.

Booked Air BnB for Paris and London this summer. Spending a week at each

My family uses it and only had issues with one place

My parents were in Istanbul and the A/C broke. My dad called because the owner didn't respond... They went to a hotel . Air BnB refunded the entire trip..,, hotel stay included. And I wouldn't even call that a real problem.....

Oh yeah you're hittin' London up. Where you stayin'? Inbox when you're about I'll show you proper London

AirBnB just hired former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to combat discrimination.
