Ive been fapping for bout 5 years straight now without pause. It been between 3 and 5 times each day.

Is this a bad thing or nah?

My friend does it aswell & he stopped n he said that he feel that he got more energy now & that he ain't that lazy anymore. He saying that more women look at him & n he got better confidence.
