Ok well I use to be a pretty healthy dude weighted 160
But my girl told me she was pregnant and in those 9 months I went to 230
Ya I know its a leap now I'm looking to get bck in shape
I got a bench press and dumbbells at the house but there the plastic kind with the sand in it
Also got a weight vest with weighted leg and arm weights also sand filled
So with just these items and running do I have a shot at gettin back toned
Any tips y'all can give me....also my body is pretty adapt to losing and gaining weight fast

    DIET DIET DIET SON!

Cut out the bad carbs (white rice, white breads, potatos, etc)
Drink a ? ton of water. Cut out soda and alcohol.
Cut out sugars and use substitutions if you can. I use honey instead of sugar.

To put on weight you need to eat good carbs before workout and consume protein after you finish working out.

I've been mixing cardio with high reps of weights in addition to only eating grilled/baked chicken and fish, salad, cheerios lots of water and its been doing good for me. I've been at it for about 2 weeks and I've already been seeing a difference.

    Man, cut out carbs.

    Eat single ingredient foods.

Instead of chips or crackers, have some fruit.

Up your fiber, get some psyllium husk supplements if you need to.

Do lots of cardio and body weight exercises. If you gained 70 fast, you can lose it fast.

Get a jump rope, drink a gallon of water a day...everyday, if u can afford a gym membership do that and take some of the classes, leave that junk food alone.

If u ? with candy or got a sweet tooth, switch that out for dried fruits. Dried mangoes are GOAT. Cut out alcohol, soda, etc. Also, and this ? is mad underrated, start hanging around more people that live. Healthy lifestyle. I switched from regular cooking oil to coconut oil and now I can barely tell the difference. U got a little baby that's gone need their pops to be active. Handle yo biz playboy.

I been told it's better than more processed white sugar but I'm not sure if it's true. Why not use cane sugar? It's easily the best option of all sugars

Some obvious things but cut out: cheese, bread, mayo, milk, chips, soda, etc.. if you haven't already.

    1. Start day with 2 glasses of water when you WAKE UP- it will boost your metabolism by 20-30%
    2. Drink extra water with meals-not water based drinks(cheaters) - helps you feel full, helps digestion, and if u tired of water read sugar content and go with the lowest- avoid tea unless its green tea, fill your cup with extra ice if you dont want water(fast food does this to save money on soda syrup but fill your cup to the top with ice)
    3. Count calories, stay under 500 per meal, and read the nutrients on everything you eat, use google for fastfood or misc, keep snacks under 300 cal per serving
    4. Take a multivitamin to help balance your body's new diet
    5. 1 hour of physical activity- stop making excuses, they have low impact exercises for cardio(bike, elliptical, laying on your back pedaling in the air), or stop by walmart get the perfect pushup for $20, you'll like the results.
    6. Get good sleep, 9hours is excellent for loosing weight, you burn in your sleep and it gives your body a schedule and it will know the times to be ready to burn calories
    7. Pray or meditiate, it helps you stay focused on your goals

I lost 20lbs in 3months...i miss 3 cheese hamburger helper and garlic bread soo bad! Good luck homie! You can do it bruh
