Anyone Here Bike?

I just started biking, went for my first ride today. Want to set some goals so I'm just asking around to see what type of schedules others are following.

1) How often do you bike?
2) How long are you rides? (time and distance)
3) What goal are you working towards?

    1 to 2 times a week.

    From my place to the end of Navy pier round trip 22 miles about 2 hours

    Honestly just added cardio for my workouts.

    True, that's a solid ride. I think I'm gonna aim to do about half that distance on a regular basis.

    You use any sites or devices to track your progress?

    Honestly I just map quested the distance and just ride B. I know I take it to the max when I do it after my weight training.
