I would suggest interviewing people who only been around for a year or two besides the vets. Might get a different perspective of how they view the IC.

Yo @StoneColdMikey I remember you and I signed up around the same time and are the same age. Crazy it's like I remember you growing up and maturing at the same time as me, kinda like you are a kid who's been in all of my classes and I know you. Props to you looking out for the community by pursuing a criminal justice degree and being a cop. I keep telling everyone we need to teach our youth that you don't have to rap, act or play ball to do something positive and live an amazing life.
