Nah b. A lot of great material was dropped in those years. Don't let the small shadow of ringtone rap overlook all the good party music and great serious material that was dropped
This is just 2007 alone:
Black Milk - Popular Demand
Devin The Dude - Waiting to Exhale
Pharoh Monche - Desire
Blu & Exile - Below the Heavens
Kanye West - Graduation
Jay Z - American Gangster
Ghostface Killah - The Big Doe Rehab
Lupe Fiasco - The Cool
J Dilla - Ruff Draft
El P - I'll Sleep When You're Dead
Majority of the songs getting posted in here is ? . Nothing goat about that ? . And of course there was good music sprinkled in there too. But that was a time when the ? outweighed the good ? . -

Those songs and reggae but those songs are cool for parties/BBQ's etc but they still suck. -
? dont like nothing lol
-
so when these songs came on at a party/bbq what did you do? did you leave the room? were you married during this period? because i'm telling you T-Pain had everyone single woman ready to do whatever the ? in the club. ive never seen someone at a party get mad when a T Pain song comes on...its the sole reason why this ? exists, to party
-
i'm curious which era of club/party music you like the most

Nothing I bopped my head. In a party atmosphere the songs are fine but they're still trash. But obviously not EVERY party/club song from that time was garbage but I've given y'all an idea of the type of songs I'm talking about. -

Early 2000's was better.
