    You still don't think that riot was counterproductive? Because of the riot, he got a big live news interview for a national audience, and the Berkeley campus went to ? . If it wasn't for that "?     You don't see a potential Streisand effect happening here? Most of the country doesn't know who Spencer is. Give him a Berkeley-style riot, and you'll give him free press and a bigger audience/following.

    Not really...the point was to have him not speak there. They accomplished that. If he ended up getting more famous (aka exposed cuz that's really what happened...he looked stupid on bill maher even tho he wasn't this raging monster "liberal media" made him out to be) then so be it, but the ppl rioting let him know he wasn't welcome on their campus.

    We've been entertaining this ignorance for 100+ years... Still they come for more because these ppl cannot be reasoned with...

    ? is tiring

    I'm for free speech but the university's reasoning for not initially not allowing dude to speak on their campus was valid and they have been validated... the judge was in the wrong for forcing the issue

    plus the judge didnt take into account the harm and damage to the prestige of the school that could potentially occur
