Peter's Denial Foretold
Mat 26:33 Peter said to him, "Though all become deserters because of you, I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU."
Mat 26:34 Jesus said to him, "Truly I tell you, this very night, before the ? crows, YOU WILL DENY ME three times."
Mat 26:35 Peter said to him, "Even though I must die with you, I WILL NOT DENY YOU." And so said ALL THE DISCIPLES.
Mat 26:74 Then he began to curse, and he swore an oath, "I DO NOT KNOW THE MAN!" At that moment the ? crowed.
Mat 26:75 Then Peter remembered what Jesus had said: "Before the ? crows, you will deny me three times." And he went out and wept bitterly.
Mat 26:56 But all this has taken place, so that the scriptures of the prophets may be fulfilled." THEN ALL THE DISCIPLES DESERTED HIM AND FLED.
Where is Peter’s ‘free will’ in these verses? Where are the disciples 'free will'? They did what ‘Jesus’ said that they would do. Where’s the ‘free will’?

His will is as free as ? 's, mostly because his will is an extension of ? 's will, an imparted gift.

free will must be a hot topic this month

I have realized that whenever "free will" is dicussed in a biblical context, no two ideas of what it is are ever the same.
This is just one of MANY passages in the Bible that suggest that we don't have free will in the sense that most people view it.
