I intentionally didn't include Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince's Live @ Union Square routine because its a live show. But thats probably the best scratching I've ever heard.
In the 80s it was common for a rap record to have scratching in the chorus. It kinda died out around the time of the Gilbert O'Sullivan case.

Rebel Without A Pause - Public Enemy

Anyway, I predict there will be a lot of DJ Premiere tracks being posted.

The name of the song is The Magnificent Jazzy Jeff. If I'm not mistaken this is the song that coined the phrase "transformer scratch" even though the Live @ Union Square routine happened first.

Since the '? Music Producer' was mentioned, I must add to the fact that I heart him! 'DJ Premier In Deep Concentration' is not only a classic ideal song for scratching, but its the epitome of it!
