Stair master unless its leg day then I'll hit the treadmill to dissapate the lactic acid build up.1 · -

Pretty much this, but seated and standing raises target different areas of the calf muscle, so make sure you are mixing it up.2 · -

Either did these deadlifts really really good, and am just sore or tweaked my back. Was using pretty light weight so I think I'm just sore.2 ·
