There are monsters among us
The immoral in costume
They mix in with the remainder ever fearful of discovery
Nasty, tacky, and ugly
Truly alien
Cause nothing truly homosapien would follow suit
It's beyond that morsel of flesh that beats behind the breastbone
Such a saddening still
If I spilled the blood of one it's run would give our blood the chillsl
The serpent has caused their thermal springs to cool
Giving dysfunctional insight to the things they do
But I appreciate them
I see the frustrations and the anger that can make them...
Monsters
In the most dramatic sense illustrated by authors
Weaving their nasty tales of enmity
The story is a sad one
One as a result of a lack of action by someone
Or something
And as much as it's a tragedy to me it's also touching
They are the measure used to make men great
It's from them that we can see whether we've grown at normal pace
Olympic level athletes who run in place
Wasting space
Time will die as the same as you and I
A mandatory condition of the 3rd dimension
Our position is a fragile one
Excel before escaping the eggshell
Nations of Humpty Dumptys lie in shattered shards of ruin
Others pass them gawking walking slowly in congruence
Careful not to spill their fluids
Green eggs and ham are envious poisons for consumption
A favorite monster's luncheon
