what do you do?

I make a big hot cup of straight green tea (no sugar and honey ? ) and envision how good im gonna look on the beach of Hawaii this year.

I think it's gotten to the point of self hypnosis cause as soon as i drink it i dont feel hungry any more.

    drink some good old fashioned h2o. most of the time when you feel hungry its just your body telling you that its dehydrated.

    I get hungry when I dont have anything else to do. :(

    I have 10 apples in my fruit crisper as we speak and this is why.

    That is irrelevant.
    For one, gum quite commonly INDUCES hunger while something like grapefruit naturally curbs it. Although many fruits are naturally high in sugar so watch out for that.
    For two, fruit juice? That won't adequately hydrate your body, it will essentially cause you to be more thirsty which is why much more is needed to feel satisfied. Water is far more effective. Fruits juices are generally very high in sugar so regardless of how speedy fast your metabolism is and how it breaks it down, too much of it is not good for you, natural juice or not, man or woman, child or adult.

    It's still besides the point. People think because they are "skinny" or have better and faster metabolisms that they can eat what they want and it won't affect them. It adds up and too much fruits juices are not good for ANYONE. And why would Pico want to make herself hungrier.

    Eat an apple, some raw veggies if need be, drinks lots of water and call it a day.
    If necessary, a bit of Special K cereal as a snack can help.

    I was thinkin about doin the Vegeterian thing in the month of April, jus to see the results and test myself. But I dont kno to what extent I want to do it. I heard some forms where u cant have dairy, but others where u can still eat chicken and then some that allow fish.
