BEFORE ANYTHING...RIGHT NOW IN 2011 MICHAEL JORDAN IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME, BUT WITH THAT BEING SAID...

JORDAN'S 6 RINGS ARE NOT THAT IMPRESSIVE...Bird's 3 rings, Magic's 5 rings, Duncan's 4 ('99 doesnt count), Kobe's 5, shaq's 4, are much more impressive

while kobe and shaq had to go thru the spurs, and kings, and that trail blazers team, (and kobe had to go thru the celtics)
bird had to go thru magic, dr. J, the pistons, etc.
magic the same
duncan had to go thru those DOMINANT Lakers teams among other ELITE western conference teams....
jordan was going thru hershey hawkins, john starks, and jeff hornacek......tho jordan did beat a lesser lakers team and a great SUNS team....overall his championships are not that impressive.....



we all know it, so ill say it...Jordan waitied til everyone got old, retired, or got AIDS to start winning.....#truthhurts



(btw DEF NOT a jordan hater...Jordan on the Wizards 90% of the league today)

    I dont know why ? are surprised .... towards the end of every nba season these jordan threads come up ....

    when the season is ending and awards and accolades are being discussed .... who's the first person that strikes u ? (mike jordan)

    the hate is becoming ridiculous though .. six rings not impressive .. LoL

    people acting like he was supposed to win rings with tim thomas and j.r. rider types .... ofcourse he is gonna have a great cast if he wants to go 72-10 which is not normal at all ..... SMH

    no. no. just no swayze



    that Lakers team was still stacked and could be most teams today. Magic and Worthy were still stars and they had Bryon Scott and Perkins doing well too
    and to even get to that lakers team, they had to go through the "Bad Boys" of Detroit. if you aren't impressed by that then go eat ? topped w/ sprinkles

    then they beat a talented Portland team who is better than most any other team today. with clyde, porter, cliff robinson, and Buck Williams. and to even get to that point, they had to go through those Knicks teams AND beat the Cavs who were one of the best teams in the NBA

    i'm gonna stop there. i could break down every championship run, and how its as impressive if not more impressive than the runs of the guys you mentioned. ..... #

    i'm more impressed by the teams and players Jordan had to take down than I am with the Spurs beating the Cavs or the Lakers beating whatever wack team came out of the East whenever it sucked so bad. But don't bring up the Pacers, cause Jordan ran through them too

    FACT

    6 rings is 6 rings but the league was trash and the most watered down it had ever been. Everybody was gone and thats when he won.

    oh nevermind. the Lakers ran through powerhouses like Philly and New Jersey. nothing against those teams at all, but the Suns, Blazers, Lakers, etc... of Jordan's era would have destroyed those teams

    thats true. i'll agree to that. i wont say that they were better than what the Bulls saw in the East, but getting to the Finals in the West was probably more difficult than actually winning the finals for those laker teams
