This coming from a dude that is known for a song called, "Toot It and Boot It", LOL.
Pac's whole catalog is better then that one song and he has the nerve to say that Pac wasn't lyrical?
Yes Pac was not the best but, u can never say he wasn't lyrical just because he wasn't doing punchline raps!
He was real, he spoke the truth and that still counts as being lyrical because people still listen to his music today!
