    man............................
    im ALWAYS mindful!
but i do eat ? like doublecheeseburgers and tots with cheese when i get the urge.

lately i been sticking to my lean cuisines (no time to cook) and nature valley granolas, yogurts, and other boring snacks.

i do fruit cleanses, so im due for another one, this week.

One thing, if u snack more often and eat fewer full meals it can speed up ur metabolism, but that's not for everyone, personally I can't do that I get too hungry

You cant spot reduce to get abs so you're going to more than likely have to lose some weight/fat in the process. You need to make sure you take in less calories required to maintain your current weight. The layer of fat covering your abs has to be done away with if you want to see them :tu

I do ab ripper x every 2 days or so. well, im doing p90x and it pops up every now and then.

but maybe you should look into the "situation" book or video. he is trying to make money off his tummy and people love anything on tv from celebrities.

My advice: 100 sit-ups everyday, 20 push up and more everyday. How many sit-ups is good enough for week, do you think running or jogging works to have abs.

I strongly recommend the Ab Lounge 2. 200 situps + at least every other day, and you will start to see definition.

    Crunches alone are absolutely worthless.
First you have to lose the body fat in that area which is where your cardio comes in. Without cardio, you can build all the muscle you want but it will be underneath the fat which is why results won't be evident. It's a joint effort between cardio and core training. You have to build muscle memory.

    How to do your Crunches:

While laying flat on your back, raise your shoulders slightly off of the ground. With your legs crossed, raise them to a 90 degree angle.
Breathe in, firmly tighten abs and raise your upper body to complete the crunch but allow your mid section to do the work, not your hands and arms, exhale on your way up. Hold for a few, lower and repeat. Do them efficiently, firmly and make sure to squeeze your abs during each rep.
Your head and shoulders should not touch the floor each time you bring them down, just slightly above the ground.

You really do have to see which your body responds to more effectively. Some folks can work out forever and a day and lack results because their body responds more greatly to diet and food intake. It differs from person to person but sometimes I feel that diet>>> although the two work hand in hand.

Get your body fat to 15% or lower.

For dudes, get your body fat to 9% or lower.

that's the long long term goal. I'm at least 18 months away from seeing abs. SMH.

Don't take this the wrong way, but no amount of crunches will help you see abs if you dont' lower your BF.

fat burner pills coupled with extensive cardio would help in the short term (once you cycle off of them, its easy to gain weight back).

A good idea would be to work on obliques before doing abs, as when you do an ab rep, it will feel smoother and more effective
