Yeah Clef vs. L. Boogie...
The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill (1998) was a DOPE album and had universal acclaim... The Ecleftic (2000) was another DOPE album but didn't get as much praise as TMOLH...
Both albums are nearly similar in texture using diifferent musical styles, The Miseducation... had a laid back SOUL vibe to it while The Ecleftic was GRIMY.
The guest spots on The Ecleftic were just akward (Kenny Rogers, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Yossou N'Dour, Earth, Wind & Fire????)... Mary J. Blige also appeared on both albums...
I'll go slightly with The Miseducation... because I like that SOUL ? ... but I still bang out that Clef ?
RIP (Diallo)...

The Carnival > The Ecleftic
Not to mention Clef actually produces his own ? along with Jerry Wonder unlike Lauryn who lied and took credit for everything on her album. It's no coincidence her follow up album was garbage -

lol that would be one of my favorite albums if the skits were taken out and she had actually sung in key. Her voice was like nails on a chalkboard in most spots. It makes it unlistenable although the lyrics are amazing
