That "U look familiar" is old and tired.
If you were about 3-4 shades darker, a simple "Hey whats goin on" would suffice. -

I was usin that in miami then my east coast accent would kick in and I would take an L. for like 15 min this chick had me saying different words. I did get her math though. -
I simply say hey was up. or if i feel like flattery will work then i'll be like was up you or to gorgeous to let walk by etc etc
