Just some possible motivations to whichever party was behind this. Doubtful he acted alone. Who provided the bombs, the weapons and the police uniform?

When the story first broke they were definitely associating radical Islamists with this act of terror; now we know that's not the case.
So I'm reading that he is a right-wing extremist, anyone got anymore on this Breivik character?
I scanned that bbc article and looked at other sites reporting it. Notice they don't mention in any of them the words "terror" or "terrorism". So I guess if a person don't fit the profile America and the Western world portrays of a terrorist (e.g. arabic name, muslim, beard, kufi etc) then it ain't an act of terror?
