Jumping for Cardio??

I just started doing it....instead of running on the tread mill or around a track I jump for 5-10 minutes side to side, on both feet then one foot w/o stopping...10 min is supposed to be equal to a Mile and a half I heard. it gets ur heart racing and I dont feel like Im losing any weight doing it...wich is a plus since I lose weight easily....

Why don't you just buy a jump rope and jump to some of your fave workout songs?? Anyway, good luck with what you are doing.
