Hello everyone, I am a 18 year old freshman at a college in ATL and I am a member of one of the biggest party promotion groups for college students in Atlanta.
The thing is that our group is going to need a house DJ starting next semester and I would really like to occupy that role, but I have NO experience at all with DJing...
I need to know how I should start and what equipment I should get to be able to adequately DJ in clubs and sometimes small house venues.
I also need any practice tips that you guys can offer.
I mainly will be spinning mainstream hip-hop and r&b hits..so any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.
