Experience is the best teacher you can read half of the ? in this thread and may not know how to apply it.
Handling women is like Football ...each team (female) comes with a different game plan. The game plan for one team (female) may not work on the other...you must adjust accordingly.

When you talk to any female, you have to ask them what do they want.
Yes most times what they want isn't really what they want but pretty much, if you let them know you feeling them then they could end up giving into you.
At the same, you can't let it be known you're dating/talking to other women and that you have your own business and plans to attend to.
When you want to see her, say something like 'Well I thought I'll ask you first". Make it seem like she could come first before others. -
