our current stock market problems are directly from Tea Party Republicans meddling in Congress over Medicaid. And our future debt problems with China may very well be their fault as well being that their oracle Henry Kissinger recently said in an interview regarding our massive debt to China that, "If a man owes $1,000 to the bank... its his problem. But if he owes the bank 1 million dollars- that's their problem. The Bank" If the neo cons and Tea Partiers think that we are not going to pay our debts to China.... they're crazy.

Historically speaking though... Republican economic policy has been disasterous for America. Twelve plus years of Bush family rule has left us dependent on OPEC oil. Reagan outsourced everything Unionized and G. Ford simply carried on Nixon The Terrible's policies. Nixon, the man who walked The Great Wall with Mao- History's Worst Mass Murderer.
Video explains more though......

i dont agree with alot of Republican views, but their not the sole blame for the current state of the economy. ? started going downhill from September 11th on. You had people out there spending money they didnt have all types of stuff . The average American has no idea what poverty is anyway.

I guess what I dont understand about the Tea party whos fundamental focus is about fiscal responsibility is that no one ever seems to bring up that fact that before W Bush took office we had a surplus and their was no deficit. Talk about fiscal responsibility

Bill and Bush were both draft dodgers and they (as well as the military) have no idea militarily what they are doing. Not one war but 3 wars are basically utter disasters and financial black holes. Half the forces engaging the enemey aren't even in the uniformed services but, are actually mercenaries (Pres G. Washington would agree as well). We dont have enough men and since we do not have a draft military most of the people that are volunteering are either financially desperate and/or psycotic.... either way, these are not people who are interested in nation building or helping people.
Also, Johnny GI from WW2 has been replaced by heavy metal and/or hip hop G.... the dynamics the souls of our soldiers has radically changed... and for the worse for the Iraqi people.

But Clinton's strategy of war fighting was far superior than GW Bush's. Clinton balanced the budget and raised wages for the poor. Clinton ? up here n there but if u think him ? Monica bigJewgirl was the worst thing.... u are dumb

and about damn near 25% of all the ppl thrown outa their homes during the foreclosure crisis WOULD have been able to afford their housing payments had it not been from BUSH's wars plunging the value of the dollar and thus, sending gasoline and food prices soaring. And during this time millions of jobs were lost also, so if you thought u might be able to getta promotion or maybe even a raise to deal with the inflation... forget about it cuz you're losing your job period.
    1+1= YOU'RE ?

(This same ? happened to the Irish right before the Potatoe Famine hit)
they've done this ? before... they knew what they were doing

of course, but after building tens of thousands of cheap stucco McMansion neighborhoods we had to do something with the original 50's suburban homes. So they flooded the projects and low income hoods with illegal immigrants and gave African Americans and poor white Appalachia loans for the 60's - 80's suburban hoods.
(which is what they wanted to do all along)
its the same system as Jim Crow era's tenant farmer. FDR fought against all that ? but, Repubs Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and the Bush's have all peeled back the legislation with the help of sell out Southern Democrats and anti Union Republicans

Also let's not forget the *speculators* fault in all this as well... remember there was a point where you couldn't turn on the t.v without seeing some late night infomercial like carlton sheets "no money down" system for flipping houses... or all the HGTV shows like "flip this house" etc...

remember allot of these failed mortgages out there were held by speculators who had bought *multiple* houses to flip; the houses values were super-inflated (i.e. bubble) because before an actual "home-owner" bought a house it had already gone through 3-4 flippers and their requisite markups...

*those* speculators are the real people who caused this and who took *advantage* of the easy credit requirements

the blame isn't only, or even mostly, with the lower-income people who the greater availability of credit was originally *supposed* to help, even though they're the only ones who get continually blamed for it by people like fox and cnbc etc....

Democrats and Republicans screwed up this economy, but Republicans screwed it up the most through Bush's wars and unpaid for tax cuts. Than again, Obama caved in on tax cuts and is continuing Bush's wars. ? Dems and Reps, but Clinton to me was the best president America had in a long time. He's not innocent but at least he had ? to raise taxes on the rich, unlike Obama who has caved in on everything since 2009.
