    It was absurd then, and it would be just as absurd now...

    Impose heavy penalties on, as well as set up an agency to strictly investigate and inforce against, anyone who hires Illegal Immigrants.

    The employers are the ones with the power and who are taking advantage, and in turn are the main problem.
