What's up with a lot of people hating Geminis

I've heard multiple people say they don't like Geminis, that we can't be trusted and we have too much of a carefree attitude about almost everything. I mean yea we act like we have 2 personalities but it ain't like we're bipolar. Well watever without us Geminis the world would be boring.
I guess some people get mad cuz we don't care about stuff most others care about

I don't even know signs aside from mine (Leo).
I know this 80 something y/o lady who is like an astrology master. She had me give her my birth date and time and came back with stacks of paper with a bunch of ? circled for me to look at.
