Im a current sophmere at ULL, and i wanted to transfer to a college in Atlanta, most likey Georgia Tech. I never really applied for a scholarship, but im currently on an academic Scholarship and have a pel grant and three loans that i regret.
Is African American scholarships the best way to go? Im trying to find something that may help with out of state tuition and give me a breathing space to not heavily rely on expensive loans. Ima noob to the whole system on how to get a scholarship WHILE in college.
