I know, you're talking about Wisdom Body.. but Rae his own song on Ironman (The Faster Blade), but that's still Ghostface's album.. -

RaekwonThis is extremely hard. Both in my top 10 all-time, and both are crazy dope.
Based on the categories, I can definitely say that Raekwon's flow is better, and Ghost's albums are better. Everything else is damn near tied.
