It's true, but the bigger truth is that you don't have to dress like a thug to be treated like one if you're black.
But even if you are dressed like a thug, that doesn't give anyone the right to start following you around without you being justified in taking anticipatory action in self-defense.

My ? i was thinkin of this a few days ago.. about how mobster wore suits.. suits have never been looked at as the attire of Thugs/criminals.. but they commit the grandest crimes.. funny world we live in..i wonder ... .. not really -
