There's a new proposed documentary about Michael Jackson that's up on a public funding site. http://fundanything.com/RememberingMichael?locale=en This is a site that funds projects through public donations. So far it looks like it's not going to be successful. The goal is 3 million plus in 43 days so far they collected only about 3,000. Why are these types of public funding unsuccessful?
