I don't really care about the rest. I used to like Batman 89 and Returns but they don't hold up to repeated viewings. Time hasn't been kind. -

They ? up The Penguin in Returns. Burton took that ? waaay too literally. Even still tho, Returns is dope. -

They ? up The Penguin in Returns. Burton took that ? waaay too literally. Even still tho, Returns is dope.
? was just too bizarre for me. I couldn't get with subhuman Penguin, zombie Catwoman, or Batman wantonly killing people. -

how could you put batman forever over batman returns. that movie was filled with dayglo buffoonery. it's cut from the same cloth as batman and robin. -
I would switch Mask Of Phantasm with Batman Begins but the rest of the list is right on the money

I hear you, but still, Returns is the closet you'll get to a live action version of "The Animated Series" Batman. I know the Nolan films sort of erase this from people's consciousness, but Batman does have his fair share of bizarre rouges (Croc, Grundy, Man-Bat, etc. ) so it still sort of works. -

any list that has the original batman and batman returned not in the top shows how young some of yall are. those 2 were awesome adaptions that birth the animated series and was true the mythos at the time

Batman forever was a good movie. Jim Carrey was a perfect Riddler and the Robin origin story was on point. ? was better than that macabre movie that was Batman Returns
