Lol I think he asked that because the historical Vlad and his brother Radu were hostages of the Ottomans for a while as kids. It was implied that one or both were molested during this time. Lol still have never heard a ? actually ask if that part would be in a movie though

This is not Bram Stokers
Bram stokers wrote the original Vlad the impaler/ vampire amalgamation and this is based on that -

I don't think he was ever stated to be the first vampire in Stoker's story, but he wasn't turned into one by another vampire.
