    It's still possible for some black ppl to be raised around all whites, which is a failure on the parents part. Then they grow up and claim to not be able to relate with other black people. There's a good chance these black chicks who were accepted speak with the most nasal of nasally tones and swing their heads as if they have weak and stringy saltine style hair that can be head twitched into place.
