So my daughter wanted to have a talk last night....

She calls me downstairs and said she needed to talk to me about something.
Im like ok.
So she tells me maybe i should sit down for this.
Now i begin to get ready to break her neck....but i sit down.
she comes over to me..
sits on my lap and gives me a lil kiss on the cheek and says..."daddy, you know i love you right?"
now my heart is beating...
so she proceeds to tell me..
that ever since she was a kid everyone used to tell her and these are her exact words.
"they loved how you was built. but lately your once sharp edges are getting rounder"
Maybe you should either do crunches to flatten your stomach or pushups to make your chest bigger and jog more to burn the fat and get your cuts back."
she then said "when we went to puerto rico and you got out the water, none of the women did the ohh and ahh like when i was young."
she ended it with " marraige is not a reason to let yourself go and lose your stock. this is coming from a place of love daddy. Don't be mad"
lol
all i could do is laugh and give her a hug for her honesty and tell her daddy will work on it.

i really dont eat fried food, i do drink but on like one or two drinks a week. i like juice but not alot of sugar like when i was young.
i actually eat very well i just dont exercise like i should -
